The White Rock YMCA project scope includes aerobics and spin rooms, lounge, locker rooms, childcare space, lobby, and administration. Phase II will consist of a gym, natatorium, and outdoor pool and spray ground. The YMCA also hopes to build underground parking to increase parking capacity from 115 to 155 spots.
