Texas Tech University Human Sciences Center | Clinical Tower

The Clinical Tower/Research Center was constructed on the north east  corner of the existing Health Sciences Center building. The project consists of approximately 125,000-SF of new construction and 24,000-SF of renovated space. The primary purpose of the building is to house outpatient clinics what will consist of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/ GYN, along with public areas and minimal ancillary support areas. The shell space in the existing HSC was renovated into Ophthalmology clinics and Faculty offices. The building consists of 4 floors plus a basement level.
