O’Reilly Automotive Distribution Center

220,000 square foot distribution center includes district offices, employee facilities, a retail component, and some 190,000 square feet of warehouse storage. The steel-framed building has a 28-foot clear space for high bay storage and has a concrete tilt-wall exterior.

The warehouse includes a 20,000 square foot oil storage room and a 17,500 square foot battery storage room. The site has been designed to provide for 250 employee parking spaces, truck docks for 46 trucks, and space for a future 100,000 square foot addition.
