City of Mesquite | Mesquite City Hall

Considered a state-of-the-art facility, the new Mesquite City Hall replaces the previous structure built in the early 1960’s. This project is Phase 2 of the master planned expansion of City facilities. The project includes approximately 78,000-SF of office and storage space, including a 10,000-SF holding facility. In order to achieve a clearly defined separation between private & public spaces, this building takes advantage of the site’s varied topography to place the public entry at street level & staff entrances at lower grades. This delineation of private & public spaces is further carried throughout the layout of each floor as public zones are established outside of secure areas.
