The Hockaday School is a prestigious private school serving 1,100 young women on a campus of 86 acres in north Dallas. The new Fine Arts complex consists of 25,000 SF of renovated space, including an expanded and fully re-fit theater with 620 seats, along with painting, photography and ceramics studios. An additional 47,000 SF of new space will provide a 300 seat black box theater, rehearsal space for orchestra and chorus, dance studio, drama classroom and associated lobby and gallery spaces.
