Highland Park Village | Building C Redevelopment

Declared a National Historic Landmark in 2000, Highland Park Village is an upscale shopping plaza located at the southwest corner of Mockingbird Lane and Preston Road in Highland Park, Texas. the years, the historic buildings at HP Village have gone through numerous renovations and expansions all while keeping its unique Mediterranean Spanish-style architecture. Redevelopment C projects included the renovation of a two story building, and the construction of a 2nd level, 5,000 square foot building shell at Highland Park Village. These projects contained complex unforeseen conditions and structural challenges, given the age and the upscale nature of the shopping center. The environment and work conditions where constantly being challenged by customers and tenants.
