Grace Clinic | Surgi-center and Multiple Projects

Grace Clinic is a 100,000-SF state-of-the-art facility that provides approximately 70 exam rooms with integral patient waiting, vital intake, nurse and physician work areas. The laboratory and imaging suites include phlebotomy, mammography, nuclear medicine, ultrasound and bone density. Phase II of the project includes a Surgi-Center with 6-operarting rooms, 17-bed pre-op holding, 5-GI-Endoscope rooms and 17-bed recovery. Also included in the project is a Starbuck’s café and Pharmacy. For the Owner and his team, Grace Clinic represents a grand experiment in health care—one that will deliver high-quality patient care while driving down costs.
