City of Garland | Fire Training Complex

The City of Garland renovated a former manufacturing site on 20 acres for the Complex. The project scope includes the renovation of various buildings within the Complex such as Administration, Apparatus Building, Briefing Building and Training Tower, which includes a drill tower, burn building, flash-over chamber, high rise apartment, and driving course. The Complex also houses EMS offices, a Fire Marshal’s office, support services, a workout room, and several classrooms. All renovations total approximately 76,000 SF.
