Covenant Hospital | Lakeside Medical Office Building

Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. constructed a new 5-story 150,000-SF outpatient Medical Office Plaza for Covenant Health System formerly St. Mary of the Plains Hospital. The project was constructed on the west side of the existing “Lakeside” hospital. This project includes clinical suites for family practice, internal medicine, OB/GYN and specialty care. Included in the project are a pharmacy, laboratory services and radiology services. The project is constructed of structural steel with tinted and spandrel glass building envelope and pre-cast concrete panels.
