The City of Grand Prairie’s, The EPIC, is an $80 million water park anchored development. This project includes a 70,000 square foot, indoor water park, a retractable roof, and 3.5 acres of outdoor space. It is home to one of the longest lazy rivers in the United States. The EPIC Waters also has nine water slides, an outdoor wave pool, and activity pool.
